omg! too nice. i think knitting is so special. i don’t know how to knit but i have much respect for the knitters of the world!!!! oooooo, just a thought. have you ever thought about knitting the same bag but for the park go’ers. this bag would make an excellent wine holder!

I highly recommend making a yoga mat holder. It’s a great beginner’s project and/or gift that you can get through fairly quickly. I probably should have made mine a teeny bit looser, but my mat likes it, so I guess that’s all that matters, huh?

Lucky for you that …
Lucky for you that you have a computer because there are tons of free videos and patterns all over the web. If you are nervous about knitting in the round, you can actually make a yoga mat bag by knitting a big rectangle and sewing the long sides together then sew the bottom closed. You can knit the strap flat and leave it that way if you want. Sounds easy, huh?
