My yoga mat has a special significance for me, because it is the first one I bought. It wasn’t that expensive, and was worth every dime I paid, even at twice the cost. As soon as I pick it up the stresses of the day begin to dwindle and before I roll it out I give it a hug which my husband finds very amusing but he knows how important my yoga is to me and supports me totally. I tried to get him to take up yoga, even promising to buy him a yoga mat for his birthday, but he declined saying that he preferred fishing and that, for him, had exactly the same effect. I had to agree with him when he said a new fishing rod would be a much better idea.
