Exhale then inhale while torso is bent to the left. Repeat about 3 to 5 times.

3. Warrior Position – Firms thigh and legs

The warrior positions are good for beginners who want to strengthen their thighs and legs. There are three warrior poses. 1st thing you need to do is keep your body vertical over your hips. Be sure to be in a balanced stance so that you will be able to do the exercise properly. The 2nd position helps the upper thigh. The third pose is a high lunge.
