jump rope surfaces?

September 23, 2009

ive heard that concrete is bad for ankles/knees/feet, so ive been using a thin rubber yoga mat over concrete then a rug over the yoga mat. Will that work?

Yes that really should be much better for your joints then jumping on plain concrete..

if your thinking about jumprope surfaces i really think you have to try out the surface to know what to use or else you’re just trusting a source that you didn’t really understand if you’re asking us. just test it first. xD
