In the movie, he hears the mantra, &#8216;If you build it, they will come.&#8217; You may not know it, but you have your own &#8216;field of dreams.&#8217; It&#8217;s your subconscious mind. With your <a href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/subconscious-mind/">subconscious mind</a>, if you &#8216;think&#8217; it, it will come. What will come? Whatever you want, truly.</p>
<p> In order to make are your dreams a reality, you have to work at it. This may involve taking on another job, owning your own online business, or just having a better self-assurance about yourself. Whatever the case may be, it&#8217;s important to understand how this <a href="http://www.mindpower-info.com/">subconscious mind power</a> can heal us spirituality, mentally, and physically. One of my favorite examples is actually from the medical field, and works on a scientific basis. It&#8217;s been documented time and time again, actually, and it&#8217;s called the &#8216;placebo effect.&#8217; The medical field has coined the term &#8216;placebo effect&#8217; to denote a specific type of effect. Oftentimes, for example, this term is used during medical trials. The control group is given a &#8216;placebo,&#8217; which is an inert substance that has no medical benefit whatsoever as a drug might give. It&#8217;s used as a counterpoint to the other group, which gets the actual medication. This is to clearly prove any benefit (or detriment) the drug itself might give. However, both groups are told what the medication is for and what it should do for them, and neither group knows which pill they&#8217;ve gotten; placebo or actual medication.</p>
<p> Scientists then look into the results from each group. It&#8217;s interesting to see how people are able to get better from taking the placebo. However, there are occasions where these same people contract side effects, even though there isn&#8217;t any. This is due to the negative thoughts that surface and allow the subconscious mind to believe its happening.</p>
<p> Doctors even understand the importance of using the subconscious mind. In fact, next time you go to get a new prescription from your physician, see if he/she tells you about the side effects. Most likely not, because they don&#8217;t want to throw out all the negative aspects of taking a pill. Doing so will leave you either not wanting to take it, or ending up with the side effects even if they are unbelievably rare.</p>
<p> So as you can see, the subconscious mind is incredibly powerful, and can produce powerful results, through both the power of the subconscious mind and the power of suggestion. And as it works in medicine, so, too, can it work in your life to create positive change. What&#8217;s preventing you from tapping into this most amazing power? You may want to use the power of suggestion to change the way your subconscious mind &#8216;talks to you.&#8217;</p>
<p> While focusing on your positive thoughts of the inner mind is a good approach, others tend to take a different route. In today&#8217;s world it seems that most people turn to using visualization to alter the way their mind sees things. This is can either be done by closing your eyes and picturing it, or see it in the flesh.</p>
<p> Another way to use your subconscious mind to change your reality is to actually find or create a physical picture. Let&#8217;s say, for example, that you want a specific kind of new car. Find a picture of that car in a magazine, or better yet, have a friend take a picture of you standing by that car. Hang that picture up where you can see it every day. The more you see it, the more you will imprint that vision of yourself with the car you want in your subconscious mind. And because your subconscious mind is so powerful, it will eventually make that become a reality.</p>
<p> This has been common knowledge for years, but we&#8217;re just now starting to put it into action. Well, some of us anyways, others have already utilized their secret potential hidden within the subconscious mind.</p>
<p> Then of course there are some of us who just don&#8217;t understand the way it works. If you&#8217;re into technical answers, the best one we can inform you with is that the solid subatomic level of matter turns into pure energy. This is evidence that has been proven with quantum physics and explains how you can manipulate that energy with the power of your mind.</p>
<p> See, it may be hard to understand your first time going over the subject, but the subconscious mind is the reason your matter and energy is obtained. In the past we believed it to be the other way around. It&#8217;s a true testament to the fact that everything is created through the mind and why the subconscious mind is so powerful.</p>
<p> Long before our time, ancient religions lived by their understanding of the subconscious mind. Once you see that it works, change your life by changing the way you think;literally. Develop the power your subconscious mind, sit back, and watch what happens.</p>
