What Age To Learn Remote Viewing?

January 30, 2010

Whether you know it or not, you have the ability to use remote viewing. This is a psychic ability which is latent in every human being and lets you to see places and things, even people who you would be unable to perceive with the five senses. Learning to use remote viewing lets you get a visual of anywhere you want to see, no matter how distant.

However, remote viewing is not the same as having an out of body experience. An out of body experience, also called ‘astral travel,’ is where you travel in spirit form directly to the place or event you’re viewing.

Remote viewing is more like dowsing, where you’re using your own mind’s power to find whatever it is that you’re seeking. The remote viewer actually uses a type of ESP to find whatever he’s seeking.

All of us have psychic ability, but for some of us, it may be latent. That is, if it was never fully developed when we were children, it still exists within us, but we simply don’t know how to tap into it or use it. And in fact, most of us only use about 10% of our brain’s power, with 90% left untouched and unused, so that its potential is wasted.

There are many practical applications for remote viewing, such as making sure that your children are safe and sound when you’re away. Remote viewing can add to your security and give you the peace of mind that comes from knowing that everything is OK.

Remote viewing is one of the psychic abilities latent in all of us which can be developed through practice and preparation. There have been studies on people who had never before exhibited any psychic abilities; but when they were taught how to attain the trance-like state of relaxation needed for remote viewing, they were able to use this psychic ability.

To start training yourself in remote viewing abilities, these techniques are helpful:

*Sit in a comfortable chair where you’re not going to be disturbed and close your eyes. Make sure it’s quiet and that you have no distractions before you get started.

*Through your nose, breathe deeply, relaxing as you do so. It may be easier to control your breathing if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth lightly. This will also help keep you from the natural propensity to yawn as you do this.

*Believe in yourself and your remote viewing abilities. You need to tell yourself that you can and will be able to remotely view things which your senses would not let you normally perceive.

*Start by remote viewing a place or person you know very well. The easiest person would be yourself. Try to view yourself from a point directly in front of where you’re sitting, as though looking into a mirror. Many people struggle with looking at themselves from the opposite perspective, but you’ll gain some insight as to how others see you.

*Once you’ve got this first remote viewing exercise down, practice doing remote viewing that’s a little bit more distant. Choose a distant but very familiar location you know very well, such as a friend or family member’s home. Now, take a look around this location. Are there toys on the floor that weren’t there the last time you were there? Are there books on the coffee table that weren’t there the last time you were there? Choose something that’s out of place or different from what you saw when you were physically there. As soon as you can, call your friend or family member and ask him or her to confirm what you saw. Being told you’ve had accurate results reinforces your belief in yourself that you can truly do remote viewing.

The next step is to try something a little more challenging. Try having a friend or family member in the next room repeating a motion while you try to remotely view them. Once you’re done, see if you could perceive what they were doing. This exercise can tell you if you’re really advancing in the development of your remote viewing abilities.

After spending some time exercising and practicing your remote viewing techniques, you’ll find that it’s suddenly quicker to reach the level of deep relaxation you need to repeat it again and again. This deep trance state is similar to that of the relaxed state reached when people undergo hypnosis. You will still be wide awake at all times, but you’ve allowed yourself to relax so deeply that you’re able to access your sub-conscious mind.

Your psychic abilities are more easily reached via the sub-conscious, so the more easily you’re able to sink into your relaxed trance, the more powerful your remote viewing techniques will become.
