Krista says, “I love the vinyasa flow practice. It generates a lot of heat inside the body as well as outside the body. which is why my SKIDLESS by yogitoes comes in handy! it prevents me from slipping and sliding, allows me to do some fun transitions, great poses and to feel calm and at ease within my mind!”

Krista fell in love with the practice of yoga in 1999 when she took her first Ashtanga class with Tim Miller. Since that day she has devoted her time and energy to exploring the numerous dimensions of yoga, both as teacher and student. “I look forward each day to the possibility that my practice both on and off the mat can promote a greater awareness in our immediate need for global peace and unification. ALL is ONE.” Krista teaches workshops and retreats around the world and has regular classes based in Los Angeles. Krista teaches a vigorous Vinyasa Flow class filled with challenging armbalances and inversions. She believes that our obstacles are our greatest blessings. Krista and her husband Brock Cahill live their Yoga together in Venice Beach, California.

I have been practicing Hatha yoga for almost a year now. I noticed everyone had these towels but didn’t appreciate how great they are! If you sweat a lot during your class, you probably slip on your mat – this eliminates that hassle and allows you to practice and sweat without a problem. Another added bonus is that your mat stays clean. Even if you have an old mat, you are better off extending the life of your mat by buying a yogitoes to put on your mat. Throw them in the wash and it’s that easy. I sugggest NOT drying them though. I dried one of mine and it doesn’t stick to the mat as well anymore. It air dries very fast so there is no need to put it in the dryer. Also, wash them alone. They tend to bleed in the wash for SEVERAL washes – and if you wear light colored gear to class and sweat a lot, it might get on your clothes in class too – especially with the red towel. I had no problems with the green one. There is NO drawback to this product – it just rocks.
